Welcome to Raw. Real. Redeemed! It's been 3 months since I had a hysterectomy. It took a solid two months to heal...accompanied by significant atrophy of all the muscles in my abdomen. Soooooo...it's now time for a personal rescue mission. I want to feel and be strong again and it is going to take some work and a new plan. The combination of being in my mid 40's PLUS abdominal surgery definitely threw a few curve balls at me that I didn't see coming.
