It is something most of us will experience in one way or another. For some of us it will hit very close to home and knowing how to move forward can be very, very tricky. Joining us is our precious friend, Shannon Cook, an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has worked her entire career of almost 25 years in a psychiatric hospital.
