It's important to know this because if you ARE it means you have sustained some sort of trauma and are re living it emotionally in a way that cannot be stopped. Let's go deeper and also come up with some other words we can use instead when we're feeling ALL the feels.

Welcome to Raw. Real. Redeemed! Amy is still off doing grown up work in the real world so Amber and I take off on a trail we have NEVER gone down. MURDER. We are both ( not Amy so much ) true crime junkies and thought we would give this a go. Both are true murders that happened in our home state of Maine. One is personal. One is oldtimey but happened just a few towns away from where we podcast! If you don't like a good murder story then perhaps wait till next week when Amy is back and all returns to normal.

Amy goes DEEP into social media and drops some very hard truth bombs about what is really happening to our children as a result of so much screen time, social media influence and online connections.  OUR children are the first generation to grow up with little super computers in their hands. The 24-7 availability of constant dopamine addictive entertainment, sadly, comes at a great cost and one we should all be aware of.
